Video tour of Amman, Jordan 

On our way from Cyprus to Bangkok with Royal Jordanian Airlines we had a stopover of 13 hours in Amman.

We decided to pay 40JOD(53 EUR)  each for the visa and get a chance to see the city, even if just for some hours.

It was a great decision as we discovered a wonderful city and it was our first contact with the Middle East culture.

We realized it was not enough and that this day only opened our appetite for Jordan.  For sure we will return and alow at least 5 days and include  Amman, a visit to Petra, the Death Sea and the Wadi Rum.

The tour of the city was provided by Sherazade Travel and included pick up from the hotel by a nice  english speaking guide. We visited Jordan Museum, old city, the Roman Theatre, The Citadel, King Abdullah Mosque (the blue mosque) as well as the modern West part of the city.
