It was his first time in Romania and he was so amazed by the genuine hospitality of the Romanian people that he retourned to teach as a Fulbright teacher in Iași and Timișoara for a full year! How to get from San Juan del Sur to Managua airport with 2.6$
As we travel for almost six months per year, of course, the cost is important and we usually prefer local transport. It is cheaper and you also have a better chance to see the country and get to know the people. We left from San Juan del Sur at 3:30 PM with the direct chicken bus (old American school buses) to Managua, from the street next to the market. Hostel Che Tulum review
To open a hostel is not that easy. Hostel Che is at the beginning, they just opened in December 2015, but they have an amazing warm team behind and they improve the hostel literally everyday. Even some initial reviews are not that great trust us that you will have a very good experience. We had a much better sleep in the hostel than in pricey hotels of Cancún and Playa del Carmen. The mattresses are super confortable, brand new. The staff is always cleaning after guests. The ensuite bathroom and the air-condition are a big plus. Our two weeks trip in Mexico included two days during New Year’s Eve in Cancun, three days in Playa del Carmen, two days in Tulum, five days in Merida with a day trip to Uxmal Ruins, one night in Valladolid and the final day in Cancun. We spent in Mexico a budget of 900 € (17666 MXP) for two people in 14 days. Playa del Carmen e un fel Mamaia cu fiecare zi vârf de sezon. Sunt trei festivaluri internaționale de muzică electronică aproape simultan, In trei zile am schimbat trei cazări. Mai rău că la festivalul Folk You din Vama Veche. Azi am luat țeapă de la o cazare și a trebuit sa găsim ceva imediat. In general prețurile in perioada aceasta au luat-o razna rău, un pat în Hostel ajungând înspre 100 de dolari! În toată zona Playa del Carmen, Akumal și Tulum sunt foarte puține disponibilități chiar și la prețurile acestea. Am avut noroc din nou și am găsit un late deal pe Booking, cu 50 de dolari o cameră.…

Am condus un autocar spre Bogotá
În drum spre Bogotá, a treia capitala din lume după înălțimea la care se află, avem parte de cel mai provocator drum cu un mijloc de transport de pana acum. Bogota a fost denumită „Atena Americii Latine”, datorită numărului ridicat de universităţi şi biblioteci. Am citit despre cum e să mergi pe distanțe lungi cu autocarele din Columbia și eram gata sa schimb toate planurile pentru a evita autocarul din Medellin înspre Bogotá. Am ales cea mai bună companie, ne-am pregătit cu ce haine aveam mai de frig și am sperat sa treacă cât mai ușor. Am plecat la 11 seara. Cam așa arată cel mai mare frigider din Columbia.…
